Self-check: 50 questions

Look at your life with truth and grace.

A 50-question reflection workbook on life and faith, to fill in by hand. Not a diagnosis, not a score of your worth or salvation — a way to choose one area that needs care.

A personal and spiritual self-check to identify areas that need care and choose next steps. It is not a diagnosis. It is not a measure of your worth or your salvation. It is not a "true Legendario" score — no such thing exists, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Reflection workbook · 50 questions

How to use it

Print this page or write your answers privately. For each question, ask: in the last 30 days, how often did this happen? Consider only the opportunities you actually had.

1 = never · 5–6 = about half the time · 10 = always. Use N/A when it doesn't apply or you'd rather not answer.

This workbook is filled in by hand. The site does not collect answers, calculate results, or send anything. The questions have no psychometric validation; they're prompts for honest reflection, ideally shared with one brother.

After answering: the reflection key

Some questions are phrased in reverse (a high number means the harder pattern). For those, convert with 11 minus your answer. For the others, keep the value. Exclude N/A. Calculate a dimension only when both of its questions have an answer; otherwise mark it "incomplete." Do not produce an overall faith score.

Turn reflection into care

A lower average may point to an area that deserves attention — but it may also reflect hard circumstances, a rough month, or simply not having had the opportunity. It never means God has rejected you or that you're worth less.

Choose one dimension. Not the lowest three. One. Then find the matching role in the walk or the matching weight in what you might be carrying, and pick a single practice for the next week.

If what came up is bigger than a practice — persistent sadness, a marriage in real danger, an addiction, thoughts of hurting yourself — talk to a pastor, a counselor, or a doctor. That's not a failure of faith; it's wisdom.
