Nobody has to walk alone
01 · Bible and prayer

06 · What you might be carrying

A weekly conversation
Invite a trusted friend and set a short time together, same day each week. Each of you answers four questions:
- What am I thankful for?
- Where did I struggle?
- What will I practice this week?
- How can you support me?
Listen without humiliating, pressing for intimate details, or exposing other people's stories. Seek pastoral guidance and professional help when the situation calls for it.
