30-day plan

Bring the mountain into Monday.

Bring the mountain into Monday. A flexible 30-day guide to prayer, presence, and service: one small action and one Scripture a day. Printable, no sign-up.

A flexible guide to prayer, presence, and service. Thirty days are a starting point, not a promise of complete transformation — no number of days is. This plan is an editorial proposal by After the Top, not an official Legendarios program.

30 days · one step at a time

Use it at your own pace. To keep a copy, print from your browser or save as PDF. If you miss a day, pick up where you left off; don't restart from day one as a penalty. Each day has one action, one reading, and a line for your own observation.

The structure is four weeks: listen and choose, practice and repair, walk with someone, serve and review. A weekly review can be three lines on paper: what I did, what got in the way, what's next. You don't need to record confessions or anyone else's private business to make this useful.

Days 1–7: Listen and choose

Register one honest conviction and choose one area of your life. Make the action small and attach it to a time. Shrink the commitment if it doesn't fit reality. The goal is to begin honestly, not to announce a finished man.

  1. Day 01 · Begin. Pray honestly and write down why you want to start again. Read: Mark 1:16–20.
  2. Day 02 · Listen. Listen to someone for ten minutes without your phone. Read: James 1:19.
  3. Day 03 · Notice. Write down one recurring attitude you want to change. Read: Psalm 139:23–24.
  4. Day 04 · Choose. Define one small practice and a doable time for it. Read: Luke 16:10.
  5. Day 05 · Be present. Share a meal or a conversation without distractions. Read: Romans 12:10.
  6. Day 06 · Ask for help. Talk with someone mature in the faith about your next step. Read: Proverbs 15:22.
  7. Day 07 · Review. What helped? What got in the way? Adjust your practice. Read: Lamentations 3:22–23.

Days 8–14: Practice and repair

Repeat the chosen action. Identify one neglected responsibility or one mistake that needs repair. When it's appropriate and safe, apologize without making it conditional on the other person's reaction. Separate your intention to change from the expectation that they feel repaired right away.

  1. Day 08 · Follow through. Keep a small promise that was left pending. Read: Matthew 5:37.
  2. Day 09 · Acknowledge. Name your part in a conflict without justifying the harm. Read: Matthew 7:3–5.
  3. Day 10 · Repair. When it is safe, ask forgiveness concretely, without demanding a response. Read: Romans 12:18.
  4. Day 11 · Care. Take on a household task that can lighten someone's load. Read: Philippians 2:4.
  5. Day 12 · Pause. Take a pause before responding to something that upsets you. Read: Proverbs 15:1.
  6. Day 13 · Give thanks. Thank someone for a specific thing they did. Read: 1 Thessalonians 5:18.
  7. Day 14 · Review. Notice one real change and one point that still needs care. Read: James 1:22.

Days 15–21: Walk with someone

Invite a mature, trustworthy man into a weekly conversation. Tell him your commitment, what was possible, and what needs adjusting. Look for a local church community without swapping home responsibilities for a calendar of events. Accountability respects privacy and never becomes control.

  1. Day 15 · Remain. Read John 15 and pray about your relationship with Christ. Read: John 15:1–12.
  2. Day 16 · Take part. Look for a gathering at a local Christian church. Read: Hebrews 10:24–25.
  3. Day 17 · Open up. Talk with your walking partner about a struggle. Read: Galatians 6:2.
  4. Day 18 · Listen again. Ask someone close to you how their week has been. Read: Romans 12:15.
  5. Day 19 · Get organized. Look at one financial commitment and define a doable next step. Read: Luke 14:28.
  6. Day 20 · Rest. Set aside a period of rest that fits your reality. Read: Mark 6:31.
  7. Day 21 · Review. Pick up a forgotten practice without trying to make up for everything at once. Read: Philippians 3:13–14.

Days 22–30: Serve and review

Do one concrete act of service within your means. Then review: what helped, what got in the way, what's the next commitment? If you failed somewhere, resume realistically. The end of the month is a review, not a certification.

  1. Day 22 · See. Ask a person or a community what help would be useful. Read: Luke 10:33–37.
  2. Day 23 · Serve. Carry out an act of help that the person receiving it actually wanted. Read: Mark 10:45.
  3. Day 24 · Be generous. Share time, skill, or resources within your means. Read: 2 Corinthians 9:7.
  4. Day 25 · Honor. Speak of someone with respect, including when they are not present. Read: Ephesians 4:29.
  5. Day 26 · Protect your time. Revisit a boundary for work, rest, or phone use. Read: Ephesians 5:15–16.
  6. Day 27 · Celebrate. Acknowledge a small change without comparing yourself to others. Read: Galatians 6:4.
  7. Day 28 · Ask for feedback. Ask someone you trust what they have noticed, and listen without arguing. Read: Proverbs 19:20.
  8. Day 29 · Continue. Choose one practice for next month and arrange follow-up. Read: Colossians 3:17.
  9. Day 30 · Surrender. Pray, give thanks, and write your next step. The walk continues. Read: Philippians 1:6.

Keep going in company.

At the end, choose one practice to keep and one person to keep talking with. Consistency also includes adjusting the path and asking for help. Find your manada → · Resources →
