Brother,

We don't know exactly why you stopped. Maybe you moved. Maybe work swallowed the year. Maybe something happened at home you couldn't say out loud in a room full of men who seemed to have it together. Maybe you served once, it wasn't what you expected, and it was easier to disappear than to explain. Maybe you just got tired.

We're not writing to ask where you've been. We're writing because we've been where you are. Most of us drifted at some point. Some of us are drifting right now and writing this anyway, because that's what the walk actually looks like — not a straight line up from the mountain, but a lot of coming back.

Here's what we believe. The mountain was real. What God did in you up there was real. And it was never meant to be the whole thing. The real TOP begins afterward — in how you love, serve, and live when you come home, on an ordinary Tuesday, with nobody watching. Nobody told us that clearly enough, and a lot of good men came down the mountain and quietly lost the thread. Not out of rebellion. Out of life.

So we built this. It isn't a program. It's a door — a few doors, actually, and you only need to open one. Pray with a few of us tomorrow morning, camera off, saying nothing if you want. Tell us your city and let us find you a brother nearby. Read the page about the thing you've been carrying, and then tell one man. That's it. That's the whole ask.

We're not going to promise you that your marriage gets fixed, or that the anxiety goes away, or that you'll never fall again. We don't know that, and anyone who promises it is selling something. We'll promise this: you won't be alone in it. When you fall, someone will pick up. When you go quiet, someone will notice. When you're ready to serve, there's a place — and if you're never ready, you're still our brother.

You have not been forgotten. Write when you're ready. We're not going anywhere.
