YOU ARE WELCOME

You can start
from where you are.

Maybe you have a lot of questions. Maybe you're coming back after a long time. There is room for an honest conversation with God — and for a brother to walk with you.

01

Get to know Jesus

Read Mark 1. Notice how Jesus calls ordinary people to walk with him. Write down one question you'd like to understand.

Pray tomorrow morning

Fifteen minutes with other men, camera off if you want. The easiest way to start again: just show up.

Find company

Look for your manada and a local Christian church — someone mature in the faith who knows how to listen, respect boundaries, and walk with you.

PRAYER · A STARTING POINT

God, here I am.

I want to know you and learn to follow Jesus. Help me look at my life truthfully, receive your grace, and take one step of love today. Teach me to ask forgiveness, to care for people, and to walk with you. Amen.

You can use other words or stay silent. Prayer is a conversation, not a performance review.

One week to begin

  1. Mark 1:16–20 — An invitation to follow.
  2. Luke 15:11–24 — Coming back and being welcomed.
  3. John 15:1–12 — Remaining in Christ.
  4. James 1:19–22 — Listening and doing.
  5. Mark 10:42–45 — Serving with humility.
  6. Galatians 5:22–23 — Fruit in everyday life.
  7. Matthew 6:9–13 — Learning to pray.

Read at your own pace. Ask: what does the text say? What do I need to understand better? What simple action can I practice?
